Sports Votes

Americans will soon get together in droves to vote for the next group of politicians that will probably fail us. It's an exciting time of the year. Who will it be? Barack Obama or John McCain? Republican or Democrat? Who knows? At this time, I'd like to extend the chance for you, the faithful readers of this blog, to offer up your Sports Votes. Topics were chosen by me in a non-democratic matter. Remember, it's your right and priveledge to vote here, so don't take it for granted.

Kobe's the best in the league by far ... I don't know why people insist on placing LeBron James up there with Kobe, its not even close ...

lol even Shaq seems to agree, check out this recent quote form him:

“Kobe is (the best player in the world),” Shaq said, after addressing students during Tuffree Middle School’s anti-drug program. “He is easily, by far. He’s always been the guy who wanted that spot, he earned that spot by almost winning the championship.

“Hes like a 10 and everybody else is like a 6 or 7 and that includes LeBron (James), DWade (Dwyane Wade), everybody. Kobe is the best in the world.”

I know this is Shaq we're talking about but I think he's actually offering his honest opinion ...

I refuse to vote in your little polls unless you add Edward Leslie (i.e. - Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake) to your choices. Dude would put you to sleep and cut your freaking hair. Not to be outdone, of course, by Aurelian Smith, Jr. (Jake "The Snake" Roberts).

What... knowing the real names of fringe WWF wrestlers from the 1980s is not cool? I disagree...
